Upgrade of the Fisheye Instance from 3.5.4 to 3.6.2
Fisheye was upgraded to fix a number of errors
The server was NOT utilising a typical INSTANCE directory it is now
at
/home/fisheye/instance
this separates fisheye data from the installation directories.
Please note JAVA_HOME must be set to the oracle jvm in the fisheye bash file
/home/fisheye/INSTALL_DIR/bin/fisheyectl.sh
add
JAVA_HOME="/usr/lib/jvm/java-7-oracle"
