If an SMS is received confirming an appointment, set its status to COMPLETED so it doesn’t need to be manually completed in Workflow - Messaging - Replies.
Only update the status if the reply is an exact match (ignoring case) to the Confirm Appointment field in the appointment reminder job configuration.
