When creating a new version of a letter the document date does not update to reflect the new date the letter was generated

Description

When versioning a document I can understand that the startDate may want to be the same. However we may need to report a modified / created date for the version.

That date should be displayed in the interface not the startDate.

- would it make more sense that the Date on the Letter reflects when the content was generated or added?
