Appointment grid shows null if an appointment has no reason

Description

If an appointment is created with the Reason field left blank, the multi-schedule and multi-day views display null where the reason should be e.g.:

Smith,Joe - Spot
null - Pending
This only occurs if there is no Display Expression associated with the Schedule View.
