Remove the following scripts, made redundant by toolbox:

• archdiff - replaced by toolbox archetype --diff

• archload - replaced by toolbox archetype --load

• dbtool - replaced by toolbox database

• templateload - replaced by toolbox template --load

The archload and templateload scripts in particular enable users to load data without first updating the database to the correct version, which can lead to unhelpful error messages.
