On all the screens that I have looked at that display a list of items there is visual feedback to indicate which item is currently selected (normally the backgtound goes blue).
With the Worklist and Schedule screens, when in 'multiple list' mode, the selection is indicated by bolding the text.
However, when the Worklist and Schedule screens are in 'single list' mode (where they display the detail of each item), no bolding is used and it is not possible to understand which is the currently selected item. [There is some feedback via the fact that the customer details are shown in the left pane - but this is not as good as the bolding approach used in 'multiple list' mode.]
Suggestion: apply the 'bolding' approach also in single list mode.
