IsEmail parameter not supplied when converting .odt/.doc to PDF

Description

When a document is generated from a template, the IsEmail parameter is supplied to indicate if the document is being emailed or not. However if the .odt/.doc already exists as an attachment, the IsEmail parameter is not being supplied when the document is converted to PDF.

Change it so that IsEmail is set to true when using:

  • Mail or Print - Mail to email a .doc/.odt attachment

  • when generating attachments for insurance claims

  • when generating HTML from .doc or .odt email templates

IsEmail will not be set when:

  • downloading an .odt/.doc document from Customers - Documents, Patients - Documents etc

  • downloading a PDF version of these

This reflects the existing behaviour (the flag is for emailing after all), and setting it would require an additional OpenOffice call to populate the flag when downloading an .odt/.doc
