At present, any customer and patient alerts are displayed in order of priority
- on the left hand side of the screen
- when creating appointments
This project will introduce a Mandatory Alert flag to both Customer Alert Type and Patient Alert Type that when selected, will display the alert in the popup window.
The user must click OK on the alert before proceeding.
The alerts will be displayed when:
- a customer is selected in
- a customer workspace (e.g. Customers - Information)
- an act (e.g an appointment or task)
- a patient is selected in:
- a patient workspace (e.g. Patients - Information)
- an act (e.g an appointment, task, invoice, or estimate)
A single customer or patient alert will only be displayed once for a user, within a 24 hour period.
