      Description

      Currently, the the table in Patients - Medical Records - Reminders displays the following columns:

      • Next Due Date
      • First Due Date
      • Description (includes the next due date and reminders sent)
      • Reminder Type
      • Product

      In 1.9, it displayed:

      • Date (i.e. the creation date)
      • Due Date
      • Status
      • Description
      • Reminder Type
      • Product

      The Date is useful, so should be displayed as it was in 1.9.
      The Description column is redundant, and comes from when reminders and alerts were displayed on a single tab.
      Change the display to include the following columns:

      • Date (i.e. the reminder creation date). This needs to be exposed on the archetype
      • First Due Date
      • Status
      • Reminder Type
      • Product
      • Reminders Sent
      • Next Due Date
