All templates linked to schedules listed in Print during Check-In

Description

To reproduce:
1. create a Schedule View linked to a Practice Location
2. add two Schedules to the Schedule View, Schedule A and Schedule B
3. for each schedule:

  • untick Use All Templates

  • add a different Patient Letter or Form to the Templates tab

4. select the Schedule View in Workflow - Scheduling,
5. create an Appointment for Schedule A
6. run Check-In. On the Print window, both templates for Schedule A and Schedule B will be listed. It should only display those from Schedule A
