Cannot add new contact immediately after clicking Apply

Description

If a new contact is edited, clicking Apply then Add again fails to add another new contact.
To reproduce:
1. create a new customer
2. select Contacts
3. select the Location contact, and change the Address field
4. click Apply
5. click Add

A new location contact should be added, but the existing contact is returned. This can be verified by selecting another contact and clicking Add again.
