Add support to External Edit patient letters created during invoicing

Description

If a product has a patient letter in its list of Documents, an act.patientDocumentLetter will be created when the product is invoiced. No document will be attached however; the document is generated on the fly when clicked in patient history.
As a result, these patient letters cannot be edited using External Edit.
To enable External Edit to edit these, support needs to be added to generate and attach the document.
