Add Preferred, Allow SMS columns to Contacts table

Description

When a customer has multiple contacts of the same type, the preferred contact can only be determined by looking through each of their contacts.
The same goes for determining which phone contacts have SMS enabled.
To remove the need for this, a Preferred and Allow SMS column should be added to the Contacts table.
