24:00 no longer supported in schedules

Description

In 1.7, and earlier, the Schedule End Time could be set to 24:00 to indicate that a Schedule ended at midnight. In 1.8, the validation changed, so that the maximum allowed value is 23:59.

Either:

  • existing schedules need to be migrated from 24:00 to 23:59; or

  • 24:00 needs to be allowed again
