Inactive default practice location prevents location initialisation

Description

If there are multiple practice locations, one of which is inactive but marked Default in the Practice, this may prevent initialisation of the current practice location.
if this occurs, the:

  • OpenVPMS browser tab will display "OpenVPMS - No Location"

  • the Schedule View dropdown in Workflow - Scheduling will display no views.

The workaround for this bug is simply to edit the Practice and remove the relationship to the Location in the Locations tab. The "Hide Inactive Locations" checkbox must be unticked first.
