When performing Check-In. the context clinician is used to populate the clinician node on the patient visit, weight, work list task, and invoice.if:
there is no appointment,
the appointment doesn't specify a clinician
As Check-In is typically performed by reception and the context clinician regularly changes, the context clinician is often not appropriate, resulting in multiple acts being assigned to the wrong clinician.
To avoid this, the Check-In workflow should always default to the clinician assigned to the appointment. If there is none, then the clinician fields will be unpopulated, unless a clinician is selected.
